What should I do in the event of a claim?
- Try and stop the damage getting worse
- Fix the leak/ make temporary repairs if needed
- Take lots of photos
- Submit a claim
- For a leak – get the plumbers report for the cause
- Get quotes for the repair – remember though insurers may want to inspect the damage so contact us first.
